You have just survived Senior High School. This is a celebration among students, parents and the academe. While this year’s graduation theme, K-12: Ready to Face Life’s Challenges, highlights the role of K-12 Basic Education Program in harnessing the skills and competencies of the Filipino learners to face life’s challenges.
Thus, let me thank all members of the Academe and the proud parents for your love and dedication to these students. You are indeed the PILLARS that has been the foundation of our Graduates that lead them to this achievement
Dear Graduates, the future is an amazing place you should always take note that, your success is not guaranteed by being a graduate, indeed far from it. We live in a fast place world where you will only be as good as your last job. This changing world offers you unparalleled opportunities and some very difficult challenges.
The theme for this Regional Convention of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Central Luzon Region is “Mandatory Continuing Legal Education”.
It is my distinct pleasure to extend my message to your congregation as you hold your Regional Convention. As we all believe, Learning is a continuous process, thus this Regional Convention is timely and appropriate.
I personally believed that in order to elevate the standards of the legal profession and to enable the Bar to discharge its public responsibilities more effectively, is for all IBP members to remain true and faithful to their OATH and be an active participant of an activity such as this one.
Conventions such as this one will foster and maintain high ideals of integrity, learning and professional competence. It will also cultivate among your members a spirit of conviviality and brotherhood.
